We cut checks bi-weekly for all partners and mail them directly to the address on file. If a check is to be written out to a specific charity, you may choose to have the check come directly to you first, or sent directly to the organization.
How do I get the sneakers and running shoes to you?
We provide prepaid shipping bags complete with a label to return to us. This will either be a FedEx or UPS label, and you can drop off at the designated carrier. If you run a store, gym or facility that already receives shipments, you may request a preferred carrier at sign up. Our bags fit 15-20 pairs of gently worn, used or new sneakers and running shoes.
Are there restrictions on the types of shoes that can be collected?
We accept all gently worn, used or new sneakers and running shoes. However, there are some restrictions, which are as follows: Single sneakers or mismatched pairs of shoes Wet / moldy shoes Running shoes with holes or tears
